The new website, developed by Zara Media, includes a new FAQ section for instant answers to technical questions. Operational support emails are now handled through an efficient contact tool, and downloads and manuals can be accessed through several different paths for ease of use. The new website has been designed with the latest search optimization advances, and page loads are very small for quick access to information. The light, modern graphic design stays out of the way of the information that users need most.
