Juice Goose Creates Custom Power Strips for Electrosonic

Continuing a long standing relationship of service, Juice Goose has recently designed and assembled custom multiple circuit power strips for a system integration project Electrosonic has undertaken in the Middle East. In all, Electrosonic is purchasing twelve PD strips for this project.

Because this project is located overseas, international IEC power connections were needed rather than standard US NEMA plugs and receptacles. Specialized alignment of AC power receptacles required a custom fabricated chassis. Snap-in, insulation displacement IEC connectors allowed tight bunching of receptacles for Electrosonic’s installation. Each power strip has two to four circuits. 

In 1992, Juice Goose was the first to create the custom power strip product for commercial AV. Since then, they have assembled power distribution for installation in sports, theme park, museums, theater and corporate venues around the world.
